Haddock is a North Atlantic species, and ours is caught in the waters off New England and Nova Scotia. Haddock has long been one of the most popular fish in northern Europe, because of its clean, white flesh and mild flavor. Haddock cooks well in most all fish recipes, and resembles cod while containing twice the omega-3 levels.  Try it lightly seasoned and seared in a pan if you've never had it before.
