Our scallops are harvested from the North Atlantic from Virginia to the Canadian Grand Banks, and are shucked and packed in their pure, natural state, meaning no water or chemicals are added. Enjoy the rich flavor of scallops by searing them or simply preparing them so that their natural juices caramelize on the surface. Our shrimp are caught off the US Gulf Coast and peeled, de-veined and frozen without added chemicals.
